The Choice For Voice

There are 2 ways to download the Voice Service Bureau manual, which is published in html file format for ease of use.  You can use either a Netscape or Internet Explorer browser to view it after you have installed it on your computer.
1) Download the first choice - 'single file installation' this is an .exe file that will automatically install the manual when you run the manual.exe. Save the manual.exe to c:\stplus. From Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, choose c:\stplus\manual.exe. The file is 1.9mb and will not fit on a regular floppy. You can choose this method if you have a zip drive, are downloading from the machine on which you run the Voice Service Bureau, or just want to use the manual from the machine you are now on.
                - OR -
2) Download the second choice - '2 floppy disk installation' there are 2 files to be downloaded -ntdisk1.zip and ntdisk2.zip. After you have downloaded them to your machine, (SAVE each file to c:\stplus) pkunzip each to a floppy:


(c:\stplus\pkunzip ntdisk1 a:) to first floppy
(c:\stplus\pkunzip ntdisk2 a:) to second floppy


Install them on any Windows machine using the setup.exe found on your disk 1. (Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs) You can use the pkunzip.exe provided in your \stplus directory. If you need pkunzip.exe, you can download number 3 below. Be sure you have copied pkunzip.exe to c:\stplus
After you have installed the manual, you can open it by clicking on Start, Programs, VoiceWorld Voice Service Bureau icon or clicking on Help from the main Voice Service Bureau Program screen ( if you already have the voice program installed).
Your default internet browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, will automatically be instructed to located the \stplus\ntmanual.htm page which starts the Voice Service Bureau manual.
