service) and highly competitive long
distance rates. Once a new client pays for calling time in advance, TollBridge
maintains an account balance within the PC's database until it is exhausted by use of the
system for a phone call.
When TollBridge is dialed, the client is instructed to
enter his account number, password, and the phone number he wishes to dial. TollBridge
automatically speaks the client's balance in terms of remaining minutes or dollars, with a
1 minute warning before the conversation is cutoff by the system.
