SoundSet is an external audio interface box which accepts sound from a microphone, touch tone telephone, or high level source like a CD, DAT or cassette recorder. It also has a built-in speaker and volume control to monitor all incoming or outgoing sound activity.

SoundSet compliant software applications can use it's local functions to simulate a 'live' phone call thus eliminating the need for an actual telephone line during your own written script development.

SoundSet also has output jacks for an external speaker or amplifier making it ideal for trade shows or other locations where a phone line might not be readily available for an actual demonstration of a voice application.

VFEdit quickly performs basic voice processing functions like record and play. Add to these extended features like crop, cut, copy, paste or zoom to anywhere within a file.

Even more more sophisticated operations are included in VFEdit such as filters, mixing individual voice and music files together, import/export, in/out fades, echo and in adding silence.

UnDo and ReDo commands let you experiment with your voice files fearlessly with VFEdit to reach optimum sound quality. Specialized hot keys and an icon bar allows rapid access to the most common sound editing functions with just a single mouse click.

VFEdit requires at least a 586 (333 MHz) or greater processor running Microsoft Windows 2000 - Service Pack 5. Support for most Dialogic formats are included.

Instead of originating your recordings from an office telephone handset or by contracting an outside sound studio for their production services, SoundSet and VFEdit allow you to accomplish the same results on your own computer's desktop.

Just cable an audio connection from your SoundSet to an acceptable sound source and it's internal speaker will output (at room volume) what's actually being recorded.

All VoiceWorld software is SoundSet compliant which means that you can immediately playback the audio you just recorded over the handset or local speaker.

SoundSet requires a plug in power adapter (included). Alternative line voltages are available for our international customers.
