Warranty/Adjustments

VoiceWorld warrants that the products will function substantially as described in the marketing brochures and demo. If, within the first fifteen (15) days after purchase, a customer notifies VoiceWorld in writing that a product has failed to function due to a manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship, VoiceWorld will return it to the manufacturer for replacement, exchange, or repair based upon the manufacturers warrantee, at manufacturer’s discretion. VoiceWorld cannot warrantee that the hardware it sells will operate in all computers due to differences in PC motherboard design and memory allocation.

Custom software shall be deemed to be complete and functioning as ordered unless VoiceWorld receives documentation within 45 days of receipt of software. Custom software is not returnable.

In any event, if a product fails to function as specified, VoiceWorld liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for that individual product. VoiceWorld makes no claims as to the legality or suitability of any product. If a product functions properly but is not what the customer expected, the customer must notify VoiceWorld within fifteen (15) days, in which case VoiceWorld may, at its discretion, allow the customer to return the product and provide a credit (less restock fee) which will be applied to a future purchase. By making a purchase, the Customer agrees that this agreement supersedes all actual or alleged verbal statements made by VoiceWorld or its agents with respect to the product.  All warrantees that are implied, expressed or of any specific merchantability are hereby disclaimed.

Customers are advised to investigate local ordinances and regulations prior to their operation. VoiceWorld is an Arizona Corporation and will be governed by its laws.
